The post acts as a brand new root, something that older restorations don’t offer. The second part is the tooth-colored crown that will be made to fit you with precision. It is cemented to the post, and that’s all there is to it. You will be able to eat and speak with full assurance. Brush your implant and floss between it and your other teeth as you would typically do.
